We store your information: securely stores your data on-line and with our third party learning management provider.  All data and systems are protected by Identification Access Management and where possible is psuedonomised and encrypted. As a small centre of excellence, access to your data is restricted to immediate employees of for marketing and service provision with access restricted to only data required to fulfil their job role. In line with best practice, we have been provided with assurances (including contract terms, audit access & certification) from our learning management provider that they are at a minimum GDPR and DPA 2018 compliant. Where possible we have looked to work with platform providers that are also ISO9001 / 9002 or have demonstrable external data security certification.


How long we keep your data for :

Date Mindset Ltd stores your data for the minimum time possible. Our learning platform retains your details to enable access for 12 months after payment. Once this time period is over, your access to the learning platform and your personal details will be deleted. A copy of your certification will be retained by for a maximum of 3 years after you pass your final exam. Personal data provided via the website will be retained for a maximum of 3 years. 



From time to time, would like to send you information about products and services that we think might interest you via email, direct mail (post) social media or text message. We will not share your personal information with any other third party or partner company. You have the right to ask to stop sending marketing information to you at any time by emailing or clicking the unsubscribe link on any email from us.


What are your data protection rights? would like to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. We have 30 calendar days to respond from you excising your rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
